Arvei Beauty – Refund & Returns Policy

At Arvei Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to improper use, tampering, or after extensive use.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare or haircare products
  • Used products
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of sale
  • Free gifts or promotional items

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@arveibeauty.com or call +91-8100678008 within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Approval: Our support team will verify your claim and approve eligible returns.
  3. Pickup/Shipping: We will arrange a return pickup or guide you to ship the item to our return address.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the product, we’ll inspect it and confirm whether it qualifies for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed And credited within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, or bank account).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (typically within 1 hour).
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — you must wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

    Once the return/defective/incorrect/damaged/replacement product is received it will be inspected and the return/defective/incorrect/damaged/replacement will be delivered within 2 days
