Processing Time: Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for order confirmation and dispatch.
Cutoff Time: Orders received before 2:00 PM (IST) are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Domestic (within India):
Standard Delivery Timeline: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available to major cities)
International (if applicable): Varies by destination — typically 7–14 business days
Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping on prepaid orders over ₹1,500 (within India).
For all other orders, a flat rate of ₹75 applies.
Express shipping and international rates are based on weight and destination and are calculated at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email (and SMS, if opted in) with the tracking number.
Track your package via the courier’s website or our store portal.

We work with reputed couriers such as India Post, Bluedart, Delhivery, and others. We’ll select the most efficient service based on your location to ensure timely delivery.
Unavailable Locations
If an area is temporarily inaccessible due to infrastructure challenges or natural occurrences (e.g., remote areas, ongoing restrictions), we’ll notify you and work with you to find an alternate solution or delivery address.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
In case of significant delays (over 7 days beyond the expected delivery date) or missing packages, please contact our customer service team at support@arveibeauty.com or call +91‑8100678008. We’ll initiate a tracer with the courier and resolve the issue promptly.
Address Changes
Need to modify your shipping address after placing the order? Contact us immediately. If the package hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll gladly update the details. However, once dispatched, we can’t guarantee modifications and the original address might apply.
